What is a UGC portfolio?
A UGC portfolio is the page you send brands to show what your content looks like. It's usually one link with your best videos, the kind of content you make, brands you've worked with and how to hire you. Brands hiring UGC creators often review dozens of applicants in minutes. A tidy page that loads fast and shows the work up front gets you further than a long pitch.
What to include
- Your name, niche and a one-line pitch. Say what you make and who it's for, such as skincare demos for paid social or honest kitchen gear reviews.
- Four to eight of your best videos. Show range: a testimonial, an unboxing, a how-to, a product demo. Put your strongest hook first.
- Results where you have them. Views, click-through rate, or "used as a paid ad for three months" all tell a brand the content worked.
- Brands you've worked with, including gifted collaborations.
- Rates, or a clear "rates on request". Listing a starting price filters out brands that can't afford you.
- One obvious way to hire you: an email address or a booking link.
No brand deals yet? Make spec content
You don't need paid work to start a portfolio. Film spec ads for products you already own: a 30-second testimonial, an unboxing, a before-and-after. Label them as spec work if you like. Brands care whether you can hook a viewer and show a product clearly, not who paid for the video. Three to five solid spec videos are enough to start pitching.
Where to host the videos
This builder links to your videos wherever they already live. TikTok, YouTube and Vimeo links show thumbnails automatically. Google Drive files show a thumbnail when the file is shared as "Anyone with the link". Instagram links show a clean tile instead, because Instagram doesn't let other sites load its previews. For content you made for a brand but can't post publicly, a Drive link is the usual choice.
How the link works
Your whole portfolio is packed into the link itself, the same way RivitPay's invoice share links work. Nothing is uploaded or stored on our servers, and there's no account to create. To make changes, edit the portfolio here and copy the new link. Your draft is saved on this device, so it's still here when you come back. The link is long, so it's best in emails and DMs, or behind a button in your link-in-bio.
From portfolio to paid
When a brand says yes, price the deal with the UGC rate calculator, agree the usage terms with the UGC contract template, then bill it with the UGC invoice template. Brands can pay by card, bank transfer or USDC.
Frequently asked questions
What should a UGC portfolio include?
Your name and niche, a one-line pitch, four to eight of your best videos, any results such as views or ad performance, brands you've worked with, your rates or a note that rates are on request, and one clear way to contact or hire you.
How do I make a UGC portfolio with no experience?
Film spec content for products you already own, such as a testimonial, an unboxing and a how-to, and use those as your portfolio. Three to five strong spec videos are enough to start pitching brands.
Is this UGC portfolio builder free?
Yes. It's free, needs no signup, and the portfolio link doesn't expire because the whole portfolio is stored in the link itself.
Where is my portfolio stored?
Nowhere on our side. The portfolio is encoded in the share link, and your draft is saved in your own browser so you can keep editing. Anyone you send the link to can see it.
Can I use Canva or Google Drive for a UGC portfolio?
Yes, many creators do. This builder works with them: paste Google Drive or Canva links as work samples and the page gives brands one tidy link with thumbnails, rates and a hire-me button.
